Potential protein homologs

At Gram+ 2022 in Prague, there will be a workshop on how to get the most out of SubtiWiki. We will present newly added features. Moreover, we hope to learn from you what you would like to have added to SubtiWiki to improve it!

Potential protein homologs

Description

The following list presents the potential protein homologs for ScoC using FASTA alignment tool. For all top hits, a bidirectional analysis was performed and those showing the same pair of proteins are considered to be potential orthologs.
The column Best hit bidirectional informs if ScoC was found to be best hit in the alignment with the protein of the respective organism.
